Best 3 Wheel Pushchairs
All-terrain stroller is light and durable. It also offers excellent maneuverability. The compact fold that can be folded with just one hand makes it simple to carry. It also stands on its own when folded. The cushioned seat reclines into a nearly flat position, and there's a large canopy and storage bin. The suitability for newborns is yes and with a separate carrycot (not suitable for overnight sleeping).
A good suspension and air-filled tires will allow you to handle rough terrain. You can also use it for jogging. However, you should wait until your baby is at least 6 or 9 months old.
3 wheeled pushchair from Ickle Bubba is packed with lots of features that parents will enjoy. The travel system includes an adjustable carrycot that can be folded flat for infants as well as an adjustable forward and rear facing pushchair seat.
The XL Air is a very impressive buggy. It's easy to see why it's received such high marks from customers. It's incredibly light - both the chassis and wheels weigh only 6.5kg and it's super-easy to construct. I was able get it up and running in under five minutes - which is amazing considering that it includes attaching fabric for the carrycot.

The seat is spacious and comfortable for Annie who is just 12 months old. The recline lever was easy to operate. There's a good amount of room in the basket too, and I love the fact that it comes with a zip-up pocket in the handle bar so that you can keep your keys and phone safe!
The only issue is that the handlebar is quite low, which could be an issue for parents who are taller. But, it's covered in a lovely leather-like material that is soft and comfy and wipes down easily, meaning it's still a breeze to push with children and bags on your hands!
Hauck Pushchair Runner
The Runner is designed for active parents who can't wait to go outside and explore. The large pneumatic wheels are designed to be used on forest and field paths, and the front wheel can be swivelled and locked to give you more flexibility. It also comes with a padded 5-point safety harness as well as a front bar to ensure your child is safe on all trips and the parking brake effectively stops the stroller from moving while you rest. The comfy seat is easy to lower to a comfortable lying position, and the canopy opens up to allow for maximum air circulation on hot days. The handle can be adjusted by more than 30 cm to accommodate mum or dad's heights.
If you're planning a quick jog or a hike that lasts a while The Runner will be there to accompany you on all your adventures with a fully-flat lie-flat seat and suspension air wheels that guarantee a bump-free ride. The front wheel can be locked for greater stability on narrow streets and overcrowded sidewalks and the stroller folds up easily to fit in car boots and storage spaces.
The Runner 2 is a bit more difficult to maneuver for some parents than its predecessor. Also, the locking system (requiring two buttons on either side of the handlebar) isn't as user-friendly. The handlebars are a bit higher than those of some competitors, so they might not be suitable for taller parents. However the stroller is strong and a lot of fun and should be considered by active families.
Red Kite Push Me pacing
Red Kite's Pace is a top product from the cost-effective British brand. They are renowned for their well-designed, no-fuss products that are essential for parents. It's the most recent and most expensive product in their bargain-priced lightweight stroller line. It, like the Ickle Bubba Aurora and Yoyo is car seat compatible which means you can use it from the beginning (the carrycot folds away).
The new Pace boasts some fantastic design elements, like a rose gold tint to the hood, chassis and stroller trims to make it stand out from its competitors. The grey, tan and cream fabrics on the stroller and the car seat are fashionable and there's an option to add the leather cover handle and bumper bar as well.
It's suitable from birth to a max weight of 22kg. The stroller seat can easily be converted from the carrycot to a 2-in-1 reversible mode, facing the parent or the world. The stroller seat features several lie-back positions, plus soft padded legs rests, and an extendable sun canopy with hidden zip sections with a view-through flap, and a retractable visor.
Furthermore, when folded it's Pace is 56 x 43 x 32cm which means it can be used as hand luggage with Easyjet and Ryanair, among other carriers. It's also easy to fold down, using two buttons on either side of the handlebar which just click in and out. Then, it will pop up.
Bugaboo Fox 5
Created to be the ultimate all-terrain stroller, Bugaboo's new Fox 5 promises to do everything. Its unique chassis, coupled with a shorter wheel-distance makes it more agile than its predecessor. I tried it out with my two children one of whom is eight weeks old and the other toddler - on rocky roads along with grassy wooded trails and even cobblestones.
The wheels that are puncture-proof are large in size - 22cm and a whopping 30cm - which means they can handle lots of different terrains. The wheels have flaps that can be closed or opened to let air in when needed. It's a little larger than other pushchairs, but doesn't feel heavy or bulky when you push it over bumpy surfaces.
The seat fabric can be washed by machine, and the faux leather grips and frame are easy to clean. It's also much quieter than many pushchairs and I felt safe using it on busy city streets. A bonus feature is that it incorporates accessory points, meaning you can add footmuffs, parasols, changing bags, and even a snack tray. The hood can be used to block rain and wind, but it's not waterproof. It's a single pram, but you can attach their Comfort Wheeled Board (not included) to give your child a bit of leg room. It took around 20 minutes to set up the bassinet, and a similar amount of time to convert it to the seat.
UPPAbaby Ridge
No matter if you're enjoying an early morning run under the stars or taking a moonlit stroll in the crisp air, the UPPAbaby Ridge turns every moment into a fun experience for all. This all-terrain stroller is designed to keep you and your child engaged.
The large foam-filled 12" and 16 "tires give you a smooth ride no matter the terrain. The performance disc handbrake allows you to quickly stop even while jogging down the downhill slope.
From bustling farmers markets to street performers playing a tune, the Ridge navigates all your favorite city scenes with ease. The large basket can accommodate all your essentials as well as market purchases, while the huge canopy provides sun and wind protection. The large front canopy opens to reveal two mesh windows that allow you to observe your baby's surroundings.
The Ridge's reversible seat lets you to decide whether your child will face you or the world ahead and its easy foot brake system is a breeze for new parents. One of the best features is the reversible handlebar which lets you adjust it to your height and preference. The Ridge's fold, unlike many jogging strollers is reliable and self-standing when folded.
iCandy Core
iCandy’s new pushchair has many features that will really impress parents. It comes with a multi-mode wheelbase and LED Visibility Hub light that's a first in the industry. It also has an integrated Ride-on Board, which will save you money in the future and makes it simple for an exhausted toddler to join your family on outings.
The Core is available as an entire travel system or as a single seat. It works with the most popular car seats, including those from Cybex Maxi Cosi Joie. It is the largest seat unit in the iCandy line, which means you can use it for your baby's first years and beyond. It's a luxuriously designed pushchair that is made of premium knitted fabric. The adjustable handlebar for parents and child's detachable bumper bar are made from soft leatherette, while the fold-away calf support is also extremely comfortable for children.
I was amazed by the ease of fold and collapse it only takes one hand, even with the seat unit in place. It's also easily tucked away in your boot and hallway making it ideal for travelling. The iCandy Core comes with lots of additional accessories, including a colour matching changing rucksack and footmuff/liner.
